「真」能量水晶的確有能量，「祈福黨」：「能量有神奇功效」?

E= MC2 告訴我們物質和能量是可以互相轉換，物質即能量。牛頓力學告訴我們，當「祈福黨」打JJ時，身體和精液都會 釋放熱能; 當可憐蟲畀人老點買了黃色水晶，結果未能改善財運，爭落一生債，在國金94樓連人帶晶跳落地面的時候，重力位能轉化為運動能和其他形式的能量。在這個例子顯示了水晶和人都會擁有及能夠釋放出能量 。這是不容置疑的。

本來相信神秘主義、奇怪理論或者偽科學並不構成什麼傷天害理的事情，但始終構成一些問題。

• 輕則令你浪費時間和花了一些無謂的金錢，買了一些價值不菲，化學公式為 SiO2，二氧化矽ㄧ石英結晶體 ;
• 嚴重的，當患了重症時，相信了一些奇怪的療法，從而錯過了關鍵的醫治時機。
• 最麻煩的是，這些人會不斷影響其他人，從而將整個群體的智力降到自己的水平。

據說水晶能夠治療癌症、提高免疫力、促進人際關係 、淨化心靈、強化意識、 增加收入，下刪一萬種好處……

如果你購買的水晶不能實踐神蹟，這是因為你購買的是假貨！

為咗證實能量水晶的好處，心理學家 Dr Christopher French 請來了80個測試者，分別告知他們要利用能量水晶去進行冥想。 一半人分派了貨真價實的水晶，而另一半則並不知情，被分派了的其實是便宜的膠水晶。

志願者們還獲得了一本小冊子，解釋了他們可能經歷的 10 種感覺。 這些包括刺痛、更集中的注意力、緩和情緒、手部溫度的升高、能量水平的提高、提升幸福感、前額的放鬆、大腦的刺激、吞嚥反射之增加和「激活意識」。80個人至少有74個人體驗過其中一種感覺。

French 發現，拿著真能量水晶的人和那些假膠的人報告的感覺沒有任何分別。而相信能量水晶學說的人能夠感受到的感覺強度是自稱「懷疑論者」的兩倍。

結論如下:

• 能量水晶的效用不外乎是安慰劑效應 (placebo effect)。
• 這些超自然力量和效果實際上是來自心靈一動機和信仰所產生的自然結果，而不是來自水晶。雖然不能證實水晶的效能，但對於熱衷於身心靈 (mindfuck) 的人來說也是一種安慰，因為至少冥想是有效的。
• 而對於相信能量水晶的人某程度上算是好事，至少你們不用再被寶藥黨、直播主、和 KOL “Lo Dim"，幾千蚊買嚿 SiO2。平平哋買嚿幾十蚊至幾百蚊都做到同樣效果。因為無論是真的或假的，只要是有用有效的就是能量水晶。

最後補充：French 這個實驗其實有缺陷的，他未能夠驗證究竟祈福黨所聲稱的其他好處，譬如：財務自由或醫治癌症等等。確實很難找到一些財務自由的人，然後逐個去問他們是否使用了相關的招財水晶。如果碰巧找到了同時財務自由且相信能量水晶的人，這能否證實了能量水晶的效用呢？退一步說，假設找到相同比例的財務狀況不佳且同時使用招財水晶的人，那是否意味著否定了能量水晶呢？此外，財務自由或招財的定義非常模糊，結果證明與否只能靠用家自行對號入座。

相對於招財功能，醫治癌症確實更容易驗證，因為康復和患病有明顯的客觀差異。但困難在於，我們很難證明或否定在一個癌症病人的腫瘤成功切除中，水晶究竟出了幾分力？是醫生的努力更多，還是水晶的功效更大？另一種情況可能是，病人並沒有尋求傳統醫學的幫助，只是在家中躺平並抱著能量水晶休養，然後病情好轉並康復。如果這種情況屬實，那麼能量水晶療法確實肯定可以攞到諾貝爾醫學獎（如果搞不成科學革命的話）。

Energy Crystals: Do we still need to differentiate between real and fake?

True energy crystals do indeed possess energy, and “energy enthusiasts" claim that these energies have miraculous effects.

E=MC2 tells us that matter and energy can be converted into each other; matter is energy. Newtonian mechanics tells us that When the Blessing Party hit JJ, both the body and the semen release heat energy. Similarly, when an unfortunate poor guy falls from a person’s hand along with a yellow crystal because of the fails to improve their financial luck, it releases potential energy upon hitting the ground from the 94th floor of the International Finance Center.

This examples demonstrate that both crystals and humans can possess and release energy, which is undeniable.

Believing in mysticism, strange theories, or pseudoscience may not seem harmful at first, but it can lead to certain problems.

• At the very least, it wastes your time and money on something of considerable value, SiO2, the chemical formula for quartz crystal.
• In more serious cases, believing in strange therapies when seriously ill can cause individuals to miss critical medical treatment opportunities.
• The most troublesome aspect is that these individuals continue to influence others, dragging the collective intelligence of the group down to their level.

Crystals are claimed to have the ability to cure cancer, boost the immune system, enhance interpersonal relationships, purify the soul, strengthen consciousness, and provide ten thousand other benefits…

If the crystal you purchase fails to deliver miracles, it is because you have bought a counterfeit.

To prove the benefits of energy crystals, psychologist Dr. Christopher French invited 80 participants and instructed them to meditate using energy crystals. Half of the participants were given genuine crystals, while the other half, unaware of the deception, were given cheap plastic imitations.

The volunteers also received a booklet explaining the 10 sensations they might experience. These included tingling, increased focus, emotional relief, higher hand temperature, increased energy levels, enhanced happiness, forehead relaxation, brain stimulation, increased swallowing reflex, and “activated consciousness." At least 74 out of 80 individuals reported experiencing one of these sensations.

Dr. French found that there was no difference in reported sensations between those holding genuine energy crystals and those holding fake plastic ones. However, the intensity of sensations felt by those who believed in the energy crystal theory was twice as strong as that reported by self-proclaimed skeptics.

In conclusion:

• The effectiveness of energy crystals is nothing more than the placebo effect.
• These supernatural powers and effects actually stem from the psychological motivation and belief, rather than the crystals themselves. Although the efficacy of crystals cannot be proven, they still provide comfort to those enthusiastic about the mind-body-spirit connection, as meditation, at the very least, is effective.
• For those who believe in energy crystals, to some extent, it can be seen as a positive thing. At least you no longer have to spend thousands of dollars on SiO2 from snake oil salesmen, live streamers, and Key Opinion Leaders (“Lo Dim"). Buying crystals for a few tens to a few hundred dollars can achieve the same effect. Because whether real or fake, as long as it is useful and effective, it is an energy crystal.
